Phooka: I spend my weekends driving, so never get the chance to do any walking. Add to that, the fact that my knees are shot now, so any walking is torture. I am lucky if I manage 6,000 steps on a really good, active day.
I have gotten my Fitbit, India badge, 1997 miles since joining Fitbit.

Hi JockoT, I fully understand what you say about walking because my mum has had both her knees replaced so she too gained weight because of it she finds it hard to walk long distances like yourself but bit by bit I’m getting her weight back down and she’s 75. I know you find it difficult to work the bottom half of your body but what about the top half you can still exercise and burn calories 👍
