I had a cheat day and then a couple days where I went over on calorie allowance but it was all really good foods nothing bad for me and yesterday I ate good and today and I weighed myself before I took my bath and I had lost some more. I'm happy with my progress. I just have to be mindful of my overall eating habits and I lose my weight. 😊
