I am soon again in 70’s. In 300g I have reach my vitality goal for this Cycle and there is still 5 weeks remaining before the next weigh in. I will sing and dance because I’ll get 50% off healthy food and 2500 points. Cheap flights here I come 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Well done Charlene! Do you exercise daily while on the 28 day diet? Just wondering how you manage to lose so much weight each week. I was on a low carb, low fat diet and started to get bored with the food. Started the 28 day diet yesterday but gained 400g when I weighed myself this morning. Might be the change from low carb to quite high carb that's causing it. I'm not sure but pushing on and doing day 2 today.

Hi Poppy, I am a great believer that some people adapt to some diets/ eating habits better than others. I did Banting and it did not work for me (and I followed it to the T). Hang in there. A few tips that I found out after I started The diet. Always make sure you eat no more than 450ml per meal. You can find rules in more detail online. Google South Africa 28 Day diet. It’s in PDF form. I don’t eat red meat or Chicken (but fish). I am a pescatarian. I eat Quorn chicken fillets and it has 50cals a portion way much less than the real deal. No oil. Only Spray and Cook. I limit dairy to two cups of coffee/tea (100ml per serving) and the same with my cereal. No sugar, not even sweetener. And at least 2-3liters of water. The only exercise I get is my 10 000 Steps a day :)

Thank you so much for the tips Charleen. I'm going to try them out. Day 2 went well. I was on Dr Cohen and it works for me but the food is so limited. I also drink two litres of water a day but now I'm going to try having more. Really appreciate the help. Have a good evening.
