Kids had free pizza coupons for awards so they convinced me to have pizza. Doesn’t take much convincing!! Stopped at 2 slices but I did order extra cheese. Figured the sodium would throw me back up 0.6# but it didn’t! Having the leftovers for lunch so... we will see if this high sodium day pushes me up tomorrow. A bit sore from yesterday’s workout but a good sore. Happy dieting all! And have a wonderful hump day 😊
