Not really been on top of it this week, went out for a leaving do at an all you can eat. at least I've not gained. must get back to tracking this week.

You know what you did and enjoyed yourself, are fine with the maintain. Sometimes you got to enjoy yourself and see it reflected in the scales, but it is a new day and new week now. Just watch out for it catching up on you next week. Sometimes it can take a week to show, even if you have stuck to plan all week. Keep on going, you will get there one step at a time. xxx
