ketosis is still low at 12mg/dL
Yesterday in the office someone brought 2 chocolate cakes, brownies and squish candies. At the begin I thought I would love to have the whole chocolate cake, but then I thought again and no really, I would crave more a big mixed salad with a pesto sauce! This is the fast!
