went the week with no exercise, just monitoring my food.. and no loss but no gain... so back to incorporating a workout schedule again.. see what happens this week

I love it when that happens too! But ya, I noticed cardio definitely expedites positive changes for me. You had your break, now get back on it, junior! :D

@ kat.. heck yes.. well not technically.. my gym is the outdoors and my livingroom for the time being..lol.. but yes.. got a couple miles in.. got some strength training in.. not much..but all i could fit in my morning.. feel good.. (and sore)

I can see the artist falling all over himself if I went in for a tat. My skin is so lax now, they wouldn't be able to find a firm enough spot to put one in. LOL! Get back on the horse girl. You know you can do this.
