Hip Hip Hooray - I'm not officially in the weight range where my doctor can't give me the you need to start jogging to lose weight speach. My other major victory - I said no to pizza (of the nasty 440 calories/slice variety) even though that was what was for supper. Although I did later sneak a bite when I was putting it away - it was gross - but a bite is better than 3 pieces by about 1200 calories - so I'm counting myself ahead.

Lifewise, things are in flux. My thesis is going to possibly start cutting into my excercise time, but I think I can keep the calories down if I know I'm not going to the gym. I guess we'll see how that goes. I'm looking forward to the snow going - so I can start hiking and biking again - once my thesis is written.

Success on one bite of gross pizza!!! I have sooooo done that too. What point are you for your thesis? They are all consuming. Keeping veggies and fruits around for a quick snack could help with the challenging food opportunities. That is the worst when Doc's give there speeches. Congrats on not getting it again.
