well finally a loss of almost 2lbs - i guess that is a move in the right direction - gives me some hope lol. But hard to see this a move in the right direction when it could be that i am dehydrated and could be water loss - but that is a defeatist attitude. I will take this as a win and be happy. Its hard not to celebrate this win with food. It seems that with all wins the family celebrates it with food, birthdays, special occasions, and even gatherings. I have to disassociate wins with food or food as a reward. Its good to celebrate I think i will use movies or a night out with the wife as a reward. I also need to increase my activity level - I try to golf 1 or 2 times a week and use the exerciser for 2 nights a week. but even that its too little, but if i can slowly increase it so it become a routine will benefit me more in the long run than over doing it and skipping days.
