Still no scale moving :( - I feel my clothes not fitting as well as they use to - This once a week weighing is killing me - I dont know if I am making progress or not. I must keep in mind this is a lifestyle change and this is a long process. It is hard to keep that in mind. I feel that I have been doing this for a long time and its only been 2 months - I have procrastinated about losing weight for longer than that - i have a entry in my Blackberry about losing weight last year and even had a timetable to start and that doesn't seem that long ago - i guess it is a matter of perspective. But to step on that scale for 3 weeks and not see a single pound is hard on the system. I guess keep in mind why i am doing this and what it means.
