Tomorrow is my day off from the gym. Happy to have ended the week closer to "where I already was" but also noticing some more muscle definition. Not going to lie, earlier in the week I could barely even write about my disappointment, but I believe I'm back on track.

I totally agree. I truly think, part is a bit of a sabotage on my part. The other is, I believe the last 10 lbs truly are the most challenging. We have to do what we have always done and add something we have never done to get to the next level... Have a great day Glen!
