how much water are you drinking and are you being super stict with the diet??? How much salt/sodium are you taking in!! Its gotta be something going on somewhere!!!

uhhhh- I just figured if I worked out 5 days last week that would help, but nothing changed. Today I wrote down everything that I ate so I could see all of my sodium, cals, carbs, etc. Now I'll just have to stick within the daily recommended intake guidelines AND workout 5 days this week then see what happens.

My friend told me that sometimes when you start out the weight goes over unto the next week which will result in a bigger loss.. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!.. you can do it..
