I am feel refreshed that I have some lost weight in the last month. I never believed I would see the 260s. I thought it would take another year. Too see that weight and to hear the doctor say that if this trend keeps up I may not need medication to control my blood sugar. Also to hear that my sugars are that of a regular person and my health risks are no greater than that of a non diabetic has given me a additional spur to keep on.

It be a long hard and often lonely road. But I feel that all those failures I had these past years really taught me to change my outlook at this and how I look at food. I realize now that this has to come from within. I have to be honest with myself. And be true to want I want. No justifications. No excuses. And total accountability
