Went for my regular dr appointment today. Nothing but good news all around. Weight was down 30lbs since my last appointment 3 months ago. I dropped a full percent in my A1C. So my blood has been normal range since the last appointment. The dr has been even talking about the elimination of my diabetic medication. I discussed my ketogenic diet and the intermittent fasting with extended fasting episodes. And he was supportive of my life style changes. My blood pressure was the lowest it has ever been. Everything coming up Milhouse (simpsons reference). My next goal it to fit on exhibition rides with my son this summer.

I am glad I stuck to it this time. I am proud of myself. Now just to keep on keeping on.
