This has turned into a cheat weekend, and suffice it to say, I kind of needed it. Hehe. Up 4 lbs to 218.0. Should be water weight and drop off this week, hopefully I dont get stuck at 216 again!!!

Its water from beer, steaks, lots of yummy deserts, and pool time!

Yesterday, or the evening before after already having cheat day, we got invited to a pool party. I was going to skip it, but it was our lil social group (The one with all the people who make killer food, and dont worry about calories 1 bit!)

Anyway, long story short the kids wanted to go, so we went. I thought it would have been rude to send our kids without us. Wifey also clamped onto the idea pretty hard too, and grabbed beer, soda, and ice creams to get us ready.

I suppose at this stage of my journey, I need to be ok with social events popping up. And quit beating myself up mentally over it. Today is a new day, reboot, refocus and move on.

Stayed up late enjoying music, beers, and this also caused me to sleep in and miss a bike ride this AM. No biggie, I am sore anyway.

I have a bit of homework to do.
