Well still losing weight. Feeling good and clothes are a lot more loose. I can wear a lot of clothes I couldn’t fit before. I haven’t been in the 270’s in many many years. Even last time I lost a lots of weight I could not get lower than 281.

Feels good but I still don’t see the weight loss but I am not going to let that taint my journey. I think that’s what I did last time around. And every cheat I came back on a modified eating plan that didn’t allow for the proper metabolic function to occur.

Low and slow is the key to this game. I think I going to weigh myself every 2 weeks max just so I am not caught up in the daily ups and downs.

The biggest thing about the journey this time around besides the weight loss is the reconnection with my body. Learning what my body needs and how to listen to it. Last time around I was obsessed with food and had an unhealthy relationship with food. Constantly viewing food as good or bad. And that overshadowed my body and it’s needs.

Overall I am enjoying my journey and losing weight. I don’t feel deprived or like I am going without. And I also don’t look ahead and tell myself once I get lighter I can eat chips or fries. Now I don’t even think about those foods.

To end this long post. I wish you all the best on your journey and your way of eating. Slow and stead and enjoy the journey. It’s not a race but a healing of your body.
