Weight & Measurement morning!!!
Weight is down 1.32kgs since last friday.
Arms 40 -0.5 Breasts 107.5 -2 Waist 84 -1.5 Hips 112 -1 Thighs 74.5 +0.5 Weird but fine stranger things have happened.
Knees feel inflamed but this could be from the half marathon I ran sunday. Running is not as sore.
Havent needed to drink Catafast since Sunday morning.:)
Circulation is better- I dont get as cold even though winter has arrived- I'm typing this butt naked and the window is open at 650am and I dont even have goosebumps.
Mood is good- I feel happy - so thats something- defs less stressed even though my job is very stressful. Dont get that knot in my stomach.
Water drinking has been way better- I do get thirsty so I have been almost avg my goal of 1.5 l minimum per day.
Yoga still not happening - but given my progress im not gonna be so hard on myself.
If all this is placebo- great- dont care - I feel fantastic. Im keeping it up. Tomorrow is my first archery lesson- Cannot Wait!!
