Today was my official 10 May weigh-in and I don't know what to say. I'm trying not to be mad or sad, I think that I'm determine to see the scale change.
I had PT this morning and jogged/walked 3 miles. I'm planning on going to the gym after work to lift. And I have to watch what I eat today.
Something has got to change. Jamiya texted me a picture of her stomach this morning. And I'm so happy for her. She is getting results. I just want the same. I would like to be able to say, man- I can tell that I have really been working out, maybe see a couple of cuts in my arms and legs. Most of all, I would LOVE to look decent, if not better, in my bathing suit.
