Today was my official 10 May weigh-in and I don't know what to say. I'm trying not to be mad or sad, I think that I'm determine to see the scale change.

I had PT this morning and jogged/walked 3 miles. I'm planning on going to the gym after work to lift. And I have to watch what I eat today.

Something has got to change. Jamiya texted me a picture of her stomach this morning. And I'm so happy for her. She is getting results. I just want the same. I would like to be able to say, man- I can tell that I have really been working out, maybe see a couple of cuts in my arms and legs. Most of all, I would LOVE to look decent, if not better, in my bathing suit.

yeah that can really be a downer when you are doing what you need to but not seeing results. A few of my friends had this problem doing the chalean extreme series. I had that problem as well. After six weeks i had lost a pound or 2 but i was tighter and i was seeing definition but no movement on the scale. But for me my diet and exercise have to be on point for me to lose. the most success I have had is combining the 6 week body makeover with turbo jam i lost 18 lbs in 12 weeks. I need to go back to that but its been hard making that transition. You can do it lady!!!!

You are right, I just hate sounding so upset or depressed when I do my journals but it truly is the way I feel at the moment. And you keep telling me the same thing: stay positive and keep going. You're right and I will keep going. :)
