At 4 a.m. the sun was up and so was I. Takes a while to relearn how to sleep through daylight. Slipped below 200 again. Tomorrow behind the down cycle. The cut is going well. Workout in half an hour, then probably try for another hour sleep when I can convince my body it's just a nap.
