Staying the same this week is fine by me :)

Especially since I ate too much last night. I was not tracking before i was eating, which is always a bad idea... I am just glad my mistake didn't affect me to much this time. I am lucky!

I am shooting for perfection this week and learning from my mistakes. This is definitely a process and i am telling myself i have to accept my bad night, and move on :)
75,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,3 kg.    Sisa: 9,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
