ok on to day 4 of 4 day diet :-) doing ok, kind of would have liked the pounds to just melt off, but hey I'm older & wiser (really?) now so I understand it doesn't happen overnight or even over 4 nights BUT it does go on over night! At least with my body. BUT i will not get discouraged. And will keep on keeping on. I was planning on going back on the 4 day on Monday but I'm toying around with the idea of trying the 3 day stall breaker someone posted in their journal, but we will see. I'm planning on eating clean & good this weekend (normally nights & weekends are difficult for me) So send some positive energy my way! I have some fruits & vegies in the frig I need to eat so it is good I don't have to go to the store until Sunday. BUT the drive home will be a tough one, normally stop & pick up wine and snacks, plus I have to stop at a friends house to check on it while she is gone. She always leaves me snacks to munch on and she KNOWS i cannot control my portions when it comes to 'those evil things'!.....oh give me strength. I just have to keep in mind, MY MIND that this is for ME! It is about ME now and it is MY time. I know what is works for me, what helps me feel better, even if the pounds don't melt off, I know eating the "evil things" only adds to it and the next day I don't even feel good, mentally phyically, emotionally. SO IT IS ME NOW! take care to ALL :-)
