Cheat day was nice, and a fun time was had by all. Even the 4 lbs I gained, lol. It should slide right off this week.

Went to my buddies villa, which has an amazing pool for the kiddies. Had a great bbq, and several beers. Came home around 9, listened to music until around 11, and went to bed.

Slept in nicely. Wayyy to windy to ride bikes again (dust storm). And my hands are still numb.

I have a TON of schoolwork to do today and tomorrow. Uhg... procrastination is catching up to me, and I have a really bad instructor who does not seem to be capable of clear directions. Only a few more weeks of the class though, I can stick it out.

Off to do said schoolwork, and eat sensibly today.
