Funny thing happened... I have a sleep number bed and normally, I sleep well on my bed, but lately, my shoulders and hips have been hurting when I wake up. It finally dawned on me last night that I now weigh 18 lbs less than I did 2 months ago and that my displacement on the bed has changed. I checked my "sleep number" and sure enough, it was off! Slept much better last night. LOL
98,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 8,1 kg.    Sisa: 32,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.

In your opinion are the sleep number beds worth it?? Really don't know much about them ???

In my opinion, absolutely. I paid close to $2500 for my bed but 15 years later, it's still as comfortable as ever. It has a 20 year warranty that I've never needed
