I've added a little fruit, and more vegies into my diet and am really enjoying it. Just a LITTLE fruit. So far, so good. I made a beef stew from an Atkin's book last week and, while thin, it was delicious. I have ordered "Not Starch," online (can't find it in any stores) and, according to Dr. Atkins, it is great. I also have a friend who is a personal chef and she said that it is fantastic. So, next time I have beef stew it should be more like the real deal. Everyone, have a great week!
