This has been the crappiest week!

I can't change my original weigh in, so it shows that I gained 16 lbs. in a week - nice...

my hair is green from a bad dye job.

my butt is growing wider with each cigarette that I don't smoke (I quit 1/1) but at least I'll be able to breathe to exercise!

'tis the time of the month to boot.

I don't want flaxseed and cranberry water - I want chocolate by the truckloads, through an iv if I could! :)

I did breakdown and buy a mountain dew this morning - SO AGAINST PLAN! Sugar AND caffeine! My kids tease me - we call it the juice - Mom's always trying to get off the juice! :) I drink one every morning instead of coffee. The rest of the time, I drink water - I just can't seem to give up that one in the morning. I didn't have one yesterday or the day before. WOW - 2 days without the juice! LOL! I'm pathetic!

I'm having a weak day. I'm really wondering if weight watchers isn't the better choice for me, just because it's not so restrictive and you can have weak days and make up for it the next day. I'm trying fat flush because my chiropractor recommended it, but I'm not sure it's the best fit for me. Time will tell...

Whatever it takes - this is the year for me and my health!
