Yep 😁 guess who has been chewing things again...but enjoying life. Actually swam in a lake yesterday. Almost pain free - mobile and flexible...and joy of joys able to eat of all foods without physical illness! I am happy. All 💓 FS members!

Just maintaining ... Slowly turning muscle to flab. Losing some muscle by purposeful intent in order to then lose at least another 10 pounds. I am content with my form at this time (still a size 10) and my healthier food plan ensures that I meet my macros and have the energy I need for daily activity💯🌟🌟🌟

I have known CrystalJo for a long time and she knows me...when I talk to her...I am not talking to you SK17 so mind your own business. I do not have to explain our personal relationship to you or any other FS member or explain how much I support CrystalJo...she already knows. I find the FS members to be totally non-supportive and inclined to make judgment calls on persons unknown.

Portion control...meeting macros, persistence, dedication, constant learning...redefining food and eating...making healthier more nutritious choices...negating negative input from the sidelines including the opinions of people close to you who may not want you to succeed...all of those things and more. Use measuring cups and food scales and stick to it. Enjoy your life...food is fuel for life. Get a life.
