we are doin the biggest loser challenge here in Corpus.. My dude and I along with my sister have signed up...today was our 2nd weigh-in so far I have lost 15 lbs since March 3... I had gone back up to 292 after that week of being sick...so I'm happy to have lost that plus some.. My honey has lost almost 10 lbs.. we are trying to stay motivated and go for our bike rides and still maintain our diets.. its tough... well 85 more lbs to go... i think i can do it ...
i started taking that HOODIA... it does really help to supress your appetite... i have been able to cut back my calorie intake to about 1000 calories a day and not feel hungry, moody, or have headaches or stomach aches.. so im stoked about that... well im off to bed.. gnite ya'll and good luck!! oh yeah Happy St Patty's Day!

well things got kinda crazy over the weekend.. but i am stickin to my diet pretty well.. im almost wondering if i have dropped too low.. i feel tired and im lookin kinda pale.. then last night i got sick, and have been in and out of the bathroom all day today.. man this suckz... well im off to school i'd play hookie but there are tests today damnit!

started today actually writing down what ive eaten and counting the calories.. we have been cuttin back, counting sodium and carbs, but now we r trying to keep ourselves under 1500 a day. we both wanna loose about 100 lbs. we r trying to make it a point to do our walk everyday but sometime we r lazy or there r just too many things going on.. but on monday we are starting 2 laps... we'll see.. i have a good feeling about it this time.. plus we dont have a choice.. the cards are stacked against both of us.. heart problems and diabetes are on both side of my family and he is allready diabetic and fighting high blood pressure... i feel a little overwhelmed but i think we can do it
