Well today is a loss food wise. Have been out with friend and by the time we got to eat we were both starving. Fast food it was. :) Not going to beat myself up. Just keep going. I am frustrated though. Rego due this month and saving for it means I have not been able to afford membership to pool this month. Is my main form of exercise as anything else just inflames back.sigh

Today for my breakfast will only have time for a cup of coffee. I could not find coffee with lactose free low fat milk and sugar. Am guessing you arent supposed to be silly enough to have low fat milk and then add sugar. Well I usually do things backwards lol. Todays image "by the sea" a place i usually feel calm and happy. Feeling that today :)

Have over estimated on some foods as the right size for the portion was not available. Not that I have found yet. That is fine though as I would rather overestimate than under.

The past seven years have been such a work in progress for me. I left my alchoholic husband, continued the physical work all hours of the day/night and dealt with one of my children with mental health issues. This led to the finish of my back three years ago with three compressed discs. I also at that time found out that I had Hemochromatosis probably for five years before we discovered it, and osteoporosis in shoulders and spine. I was told not to do normal exercise(I had trouble walking at this point) as the inflamation in my back went down, the better I can walk. I can't work though. Standing for a little while is fine then I have to sit. Sitting for awhile is fine then I have to stand. When it gets irritated I have to go to bed. With depression and my family having a number of health crisis at this time weight went up i struggled just to keep sanity around me. One of my brothers passed at the end of last year after battling with his condition for three years. I have been gradually pulling myself up by the bootstraps and with his death I decided that the weight I have gained goes this year. He didn't go down without a fight and neither will I. My health issues, while dehabilitating at times,are not so far terminal. I plan to make sure the last part of my life is the best part. I am now second year at Uni and this is the next step in changing mine and my girls life for the best. I want to be the Willy Wagtail. May be short and small but am a fiesty little fighter.
