Wow, it has been way too long. I've lost some weight, but I cant seem to get past 135. I'm up a little now because of Hilary's wedding, and I've been way to heavy on the wine during the week. Going to try to make it to the gym at least 2 times this week, although I don't think today is going to be a good day because I am completely exhausted. I would really like to feel the benefits of e getting back to eating a plant based diet and just taking better care of myself in general. We will see how that is work. I just basically need to control myself and I can't seem to do that if I even let myself stray just the tiniest bit.
Let's just try.

FINALLY, I'm in some sort of schedule with eating and school. First year teaching, I don't have time to breathe let alone think about what I eat, or really eat at all. Back to being good!

got a new scale and it says im heavier!!! ::cry!!:: oh well. My body shape is different, my clothes fit differently.
