Oh my goodness I am still at 263 but that's okay - I feel AMAZING my stomach fat is going down as well as all of the swelling. My feet were so swollen I was up by like two shoe sizes, I even noticed a difference in my arms today. I'm excited to weigh in again today because I feel I've dropped even more. My goal is to go to the gym everyday for 25 min. I can choose to work out really hard depending on how I'm feeling orrrrr if I'm tired I can ride the bike for 25 min, any movement is good movement. I've also told myself to start a wakeup muscles stretch before I begin and to stretch some more in the sauna once complete. & then I sit and give thanks to the toxins that are being removed from my body. I'm also striving to take dance class everytime it is offered and it's with an instructor that I enjoy. I shared this with my boyfriend and he is so supportive of my journey - it's nice to have that.
We can do this! We can get to our goal - stay focused and keep pushing!!!
