Slowly shedding the pounds. It seems like 2 per month. Nothing really new. Seems I just need to stick to 1200 calories or less and moving more.

Summer months have allowed me to be more active, hiking and walking. Looks like it’s going to be the same slow loss of the 20 lbs like it was 2 years ago. Feels even slower and more difficult now. Still feeling the stress lingering from the pandemic year and not looking forward to the new school year as it seems it will still be fraught with some of the same stress. These times make for reaching for treats and comfort food more prevalent.

Ugh. Just about a year now working remote. Sitting all day practically. Gained back all the 20 lbs I lost.

Well, here we go again. Gained so much weight out of stress eating and sitting all day remote teaching. Ugh.

I was down to 146 two weeks ago but this working from home has gotten me into snacking and the weight is creeping up each day. Trying to go for walks but the weather not the best. Hoping to ease off the snacks and get out more.
I had finally got below 150 about 3 months ago. Took a bit of time but so glad I did. Was close to getting below 145 and then this confinement started. Oh well better days are ahead.
