It's interesting how we change after a good time on a diet. The fear of losing all progress after so much effort gets bigger every time u eat something u shouldn't. I've been sick the past 5 days and ate some junk food, because food always makes me feel better :b and I'm glad to be back to normal tomorrow and continue my progress. It's something I had never felt. I loved it! Because not so long ago, I would eat whatever I want and give up on the diet again. But no, not today!

Today is the first day I had much more calories than I should since I started using this app. And I'm not mad about it! Because I know tomorrow is another day for me to to keep on my normal diet. One day of cheating the diet completely won't make me give up. Don't let one these days decide your life! I've done it so many times... I used to think "well, now that I had junk food, I can't keep on my diet, I just can't because I ruined everything", and right after that I thought "I'm gonna eat anything, it doesn't matter anymore". I don't want to be like this anymore, and I won't! Tomorrow, I'll continue my diet normally and I know I'll have progress anyway, because one day won't ruin everything, it won't ruin all your effort, not at all.
