Update surgery was postponed for now because due to the fact that that I'm too fat 😕 all my numbers are off again especially my blood pressure. Surgeon said is not safe and my gallbladder can wait since it's not blocked they referred me to weightloss Surgeon instead. I'm furious and disappointed in myself.
my Cholesterol is off the charts
my A1C is back to 6.7
my blood pressure 160/99 lately
NASH is back (fatty liver)
nothing fits and I refuse to take pictures again because evetytime someone does I have to face reality and it makes me cry 😢 back to the 200 lbs.

Good morning my FS fams!!
day 8 of Flu A finally feeling much better tomorrow is back to work back to stress 😩
I'm back and with no choice not to be according to my doctors I'm going down hill again and by June they want to see a drastic change or they will be forced to put me on cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, and heart medication which all have terrible side effects and dependcy. After all testing to check on my gallbladder to see where my stomach issues were coming from. I was diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia (gallbladder malfunction) no ejection fraction. Therefore I'm up for surgery in May I'm not looking forward to it but I need to start making changes today. For those of you who commented last time on how you had to go through the same I will appreciate any information. thanks 😁
