I have finally made it below to 220 mark. 219.4 So happy!! I have been using protein shakes to help the muscles recover from exercising. So I hope I am burning fat and not muscle.

Hugs to those who want and/or need one =)
Happy Mother's Day to everyone.
I want to thank all the mother's out there who took the care and devotion to be a Mom. But I Especially want to thank the single parents who work twice as hard to provide a good like for there kids. We often forget both on Mothers day and Father's day the single parents who have to be both Mom and Dad. I grew up with both my parents, although my Dad was a workaholic so my mom was both mom and dad a lot of the time. I was a single parent most of the time I was raising my son, so I have played both roles. There is also the special class of Grandparents who provide a safe and loving home for their grandchildren to grow and prosper. I guess what I am trying to say is that anyone who takes on the role of being a mom needs to be remembered today.

Hugs to those who need and/or want one. =)
The scales hate me this week. I knew I over did it on carbs this week, but was hoping I would have lost a little more then a pound. Every pound is a step in the right direction. We can not run forever sometimes we need to walk or even crawl. This week my weight loss is crawling. Hopefully resting up to run next week.
