Aarrggg! 😩 Ok, so, because my right knee got injured during exercise (4 wks ago and also fractured it and tore my ACL 18months ago from tripping down stairs in my home), I’ve obviously needed my left leg to do most of the work and now that’s suffering! The limping and taking 2 steps at a time with stairs will be needed for at least another 2 weeks as to heal the left knee, but now that’s another trip to the doctors. As I mentioned previously, my right knee was/is getting better but at the cost of the other.. well at least I/we have two legs/knees and that’s why I’m grateful 🙏🏻 things could always be a lot worse. I’m looking forward to having both legs/knees in working order so I can do something so therapeutic, beneficial and simple like “walking” 😀 I’ve missed my walks, and honestly I’ve been a little down lately 😢 haven’t posted as much as usual as I’ve been SO busy with my studies trying to complete assessments. Late nights with late snacking to try and stay awake!! My weekly weigh in is tomorrow morning 🌈
