Ive been feeling icky lately and idk why...yesterday I went to the gym could only do the elipital for 10 mins...because I started getting massive cramps and heartburns! Wtf =\. So yeah had a early work out. Today, Im starting to feel icky again! I dont get it! And its getting annoying because its making me want to skip the gym! I dont know what it is. Maybe im catching something? Idk...ugh...
Well tonight im making myself some chicken tacos!! Yummy!

OKAY! So, I'm finally moving down...jeez. 251! Whoo hoo....on my way to my usual weight which is 245. Then working it! Last week was a bit crazy with life...so thus I did cheat on my diet a few days, but worked out every day I worked, and over the weekend I was helping a friend move and paint in the hot @$$ weather, and while doing that playing music and dancing haha, so burned off 2 times more!! =P. A simple 20-or more mins work out is possible...just try to stay on it for more than 20 mins, and I'm good for the work out for the day.
Work out tonight....Actucally missed it...Im werid...its just a nice way to get away from everything. Focus on my body, and my music (I need to get new headphones as well, the one that wraps on top of your head and goes in your ear kinds) and just think about the way my life is going, and sort out the good and bad stuff that's been happening.

Okay I've been doing really good....untill last night. My mom was off from work last night, so we decided to get dinner...we ended up getting these huge pizza puff, thats literally like a small pizza folded in half...and Frappes from McDonalds....So yeah....totally blew last night!! BUT I think it's okay, because like I said once again my lovely stomach decided to kick in all night! So I think it just went through my system! Whoo hoo! lol. Yesterday I did the elipitcal for only 20 mins, I started feeling crappy....I hope 20 mins is okay for daily excersie! The day before I did 35 mins, So when i get out of work, I'm going straight to the gym and try to do better than yesterday.

I really wished I was at 248 now...so I'd be able to collect my reward...an necklace and earring set *mumbles*

So...I was curious yesterday and stepped on the scale...and keep in mind Monday is my weigh in day, and I apparently gained like 3 lbs, to step on the scale yesterday to find that I lost 5lbs...is there something wrong with my scale??! Jeez!! So I went to the gym yesterday did the elpitcal for 35 mins, thats good enough for starters right??

Well....It looks like I gained everything back...fantastic. This previous week was god awful. Had my monthly, ate everything and then some, had a break up. But whatever. Im kicking back in gear with work out and watchin what I eat again, maybe I'll lose more than 4 lbs in one month anyways...Ugh.
