doing my weigh in today, as this was my 3rd day of weighing myself this week. next week will be 4 days weights, so I'll weigh in on Sunday.
I'm doing alot better than I anticipated with weighing 3-4 days/wk, rather than every day. and the wkly averages are still pretty much the same. I may try dropping to 2 days/wk next month, haven't decided just yet!!.
the weights on the floor and on my thin bathroom rug are now very close between the 2 scales, and an average of combining them for the 3 weights so far this month comes out to be 129.6#. so I'm pleased that all of my averages are becoming closer a

well, started with my resolution to weigh myself 3-4 times/wk ( depending on when Dr's appt. are,as they use my weight for records) thus this week was a 4 day weight.. not as hard to do than I thought. I'm happy this week with results as weight is still within my goals, as if I were weighing daily!! So we'll see how things go down the road!

As I had said Thursday, I did my weekly weight today, comes in at 128 for the avg. this takes into acct eating oysters on New Year's, Theater popcorn yesterday, and Olive garden last night, really the only indulgence we allowed ourselves throughout the holidays!!,so if I took Thursdays weight and today's, avg would be 127.4 not too bad over all.
Tomorrow I have to weigh myself, as I have a Dr appt. but I'm really going try to do a 3 / wk weight, and avg. after weighing every day, it will be hard to break I'm sure but I need to break my obsession, I know we eat right, absconded walk enough for 2-3 people each day so it should be ok. weighing every day causes my Bipolar to spike/ dip some days and then I think I have to starve for a day. so wish me luck!! gonna try it this week, and will report Sunday prob. weigh tomorrow, Wednesday, Fri, maybe Sun this week, then try a 3 day alternating schedule.

thought I'd do a yr end weigh in and will do a weekly on Sunday as well. today's weight is 126.8#, and my yearly avg. ended up being 125.8#.. not a bad yr, but I've been pretty Anal and obsessive about my weight, and so after Sunday I'm thinking of weighing about 3 times a week, average that and see how it compares with what I've done this yr... I also could stand to actually gain a few# to about 130 or so.. my scales have been off, even after replacing batteries, and buying a new set. on flat surfaces there can be 3-4 # fluctuations within minutes!! but on a thin rug, they both weigh close think I'll try the 5# bag of flour test on both scales and surfaces, and see how that does.. a few tweaks here and there in the coming yr. and I hope not to be so obsessed!! happy New year every one!!

not a bad avg. this week, but only 5 days, and today was actually tonight, after traveling 1500 miles since Thursday, and eating ok till today's traveling lol. we'll see how the avg is on the 31st, and nxt Sunday, to start the New Yr!!. think I'm going to make a resolution to not obsess over too many things in the coming yr, especially my weight, trying weighing myself 3x a week rather than daily.. we'll see how that goes lol... I did exceed my walking goal!! planned on 1200 for the yr, as of today, I've walked 1806 miles. that's an average of 5 miles/ day/ 7 days /week!! Hope your yr has been good, and nxt even better!!
