Hello hello there! It's been forever since I've been on here. As you can see I've put on some weight since my last entry in September or October. I haven't been tracking calories but I am still tracking my sugars. My blood sugar is evened out and is having consistent and in range readings.
My other doctor has moved and now I'm seeing a new doctor. He is in endocrinologist who specializes in diabetes and says that I am not diabetic but I am glucose intolerant. When I see him next we're going to work out a new meal plan idea to help me eat according to what's best for me. I think all in all I'm not doing too badly.
I've also started taking horse riding lessons and am trying to get a job as a nursing assistant.

Well, I can say I'm exactly surprised. This gain happened about a week ago but I was waiting to see if it was just bloating or not. I may have put on a few pounds BUT I am still losing inches. This gain could also be cause by muscle build as I've recently started doing more intense work outs, or it could have to do with my hormones being a little crazy because I recently changed birth control. Who knows. One way or another, it will come off eventually.
On the upside I'm feeling very positive about myself lately. For my birthday I got some new piercings and a week or so ago I got my hair really cut off, like a pixie cut and the combination has me feeling MUCH prettier.

Well my weight is still at a bit of a standstill but I'm working on it. I've decided that when my mom and sister leave for Portland next week (Yes Audrey is finally going to school!) that I will start doing half an hour of yoga a day and then once I'm under 200lbs will start doing heavier exercise. I've also finally decided what I want to do with my life and this is spurring on my wish to get myself in the best shale possible and has renewed my motivation. Once I'm healthy again I want to join the Canadian Navy to work with languages or computers. I can work there for a while then get my education in criminal psychology, work in that field for a while then hopefully apply with the CSIS. Alternatively, if things are serious with my girlfriend and she wants to stay close to me I could apply for the American Navy and continue the same course. Who knows. But now I feel much more confident in my plans.
