Feeling extremely bad about my body. Went vegetarian 6 weeks ago and it has led to 5 lbs of gain. I feel sick about it. Ive always been too body conscious, but the fact that my clothes are tight makes me truly depressed. I spend the whole day thinking about the gym and how I can burn calories. This isn’t okay and I know it deep inside

Eaten worse this week than I have in years.. Stomach hurts, feel terrible. Literally had zero time to grocery shop last weekend and it set me up for a rough week. Went out of town yersterday and got back at 2am, I WILL go get groceries tonight 😳😕😭

Down 2 lbs since getting off the pill. Even with 11 hour days at work wrecking havoc on my diet and gym routines. Very pleased and feeling all around better after 4+ years of daily synthetic hormones.

Roommate talked me into sushi for dinner. I said yes because its Final Exam week at school, and I didn’t feel like making dinner.
Sushi is healthy for my diet right?
WRONG!
When I went to log the 2 california rolls into my food diary I was shocked..
I’ve studied up on nutrition and dieting since I was about 14 years old. Guess I never thought to inquire about sushi. Oh well, it was delicious!
Moral of the story, Don’t assume anything is healthy haha

Sunday Dinner
Tilapia from a frozen bag, seasoned with Cajun and oven-baked with coconut oil
Mixed veggies sautéed, cut from fresh and seasoned with garlic and herb
Black beans from the can, drained/rinsed to reduce sodium
All for 395 cals!
57 g protein, 31 g carbs, 4 g fat
