Today I was received some sad news regarding a family member. Thoughts and prayers to my family as I am not in a position to go home. I find peace in knowing she won't be in pain much longer.
I've decided to treat myself a to mini spa day. I have worked very very hard the last month and now with all my traveling and everything else I decided to splurge. Plus I don't want to buy new clothes so this is my 'reward' since I'm trying to remove food as a reward. So pedicure and facial will fill my rainy afternoon.
Huge salad for lunch, man is it good. My focus are whole foods with the exception of my am Starbucks. I did get up and get to Zumba this morning but it was rough!!!
I'll run later, today and tomorrow are quiet resting days. Workouts are still happening just nothing else on the books.
Spaghetti squash, chicken and apple sausages with vodka marinara for dinner.

I suck at running. That is all lol. Good night everyone, I start packing for my first two week business trip tomorrow. I'm close enough to drive so taking all my own food. Hotel has a full kitchen so eating out will be kept minimal. I wish I could say none but dinner is a social thing... Found a gym close to the hotel so hopefully can get some yoga and weight training in. I will run my three times a week, even though I suck at it! :)

Trying something. I'm trying to get into weights twice a week instead of just cardio and yoga. I haven't be thrilled by my losses and I know food quality is part of it but really?! I dropped 200 calories are am doing worse then being at 1750. I workout just as much, same types and bathing suit season is like the Black Death creeping up in my house before I know it. Super discouraged. Tomorrow's a new day.
Did a new weight class tonight, hope I can walk tomorrow may have overdone it.
