My eating the last three days have been out of control...but I recorded just about every bite, so I really see how much I go over my calories. I have my RDI set for 1500, these last few days have been 2000 to 2500 calories.
Last year I did really well with allowing myself a pop and a something sweet on Sundays. I'm going to try that again.
I had hoped I'd be under 200 lbs by may when I go home to see my family, but now I'm going to shoot for 215 lbs...this is all if I can get my eating under control. I have been going to the gym, but I still won't lose if I'm going over 1500 calories.

I blew my calories out of the water yesterday. I did well until dinner and I ended up stopping at taco bell. My calories went over 2,000 and I had some snacks I didn't bother recording. I planned on the gym, but fell asleep on the couch before the kids went to bed. So ya I totally blew yesterday. This morning I had McDonald's for breakfast, so already that's 800 calories. I plan on a salad for lunch and a light dinner. Even though I had a bad breakfast I don't want to go over my calories again. I will make it to the gym today too!
I'm kind of stressed about my husband, but on a light note we found a house. I'm so happy and a huge weight has been lifted! Right now my family and our dogs are squished into my inlaws house.
The house we bought doesn't have a kitchen and the walls are up, but no dry wall. So we won't beable to move into it until Aug, but it's awesome having something to look forward to.

I've been thinking about my health and how really lucky I am to be in good health despite being overweight. I have the normal aches and pain in my knees and back, but nothing else. No high bool pressure or anyother thing that can come with being obese.
Well today my husband got a call from his doctor and he has a blockage in one of his blood vessels. He's goes into tomorrow to see him. I have no idea what they do for that. He is only 34 not overweight at all, but has been smoking for about 20 years- so I'm sure that didn't help.
I just don't know how long my luck(idk if that's the right word)will last before all this catches up to me. I don't want to take that risk.

I ran 1 mile without stopping in 15 mins...and then jog/walked another 1/2 mile. I'm really pleased with my progress so far. I'm hoping by the end of next week I can get 1 1/2 miles non stop.
