So lately I have not been working out at all. My gym is so far and its sooo out of my way. Well I am trying to win this weight loss competition at work, its a 2,000.00 winning prize... maybe the prize will make up for all this expensive gas due to my vehicle only taking premium gas :( I hope jogging will do the justice.

Okay, So I broke my promise to myself and I weighed myself this morning, I almost cried when I saw that I gained 2 pounds, Ive been eating extra healthy and working out every other day.It is so disappointing, I am not sure where these two pounds came from. Im working so hard and its been a week in a half and my weight is up???? I knew I shouldnt have weighed in, knew it. It couldnt be due to muscle build because all I do is the elliptical and some pilates. I just want to scream!!!!!!

Okay, I have not had a chance to check my weight since the last time I weighed in. I am trying something new. I would like to see my weight loss for 30 days without weighing in. I literally had to give my scale away temporarily just to keep from weighing myself. Also, so far I have made my way to the gym atleast four days a week.I am so proud of myself. Since I am making a life style change I need to get in the gym atleast six days out of the week, my job consist of a lot of sitting, scchool is a lot of sitting also, so being active in the gym is a must. This will be hard but I am willing to give it all I got! This time there is no turning back.
