Seems as though I haven't made a conscious effort to lose this weight. I'm sure that it is just a phase and I will get on with it. I am now developing a daily diet before the day begins and sticking to it. Dropped the beer and amped up the exercise. Want to eat fruit and veggies but guess I need to back off the fruit (sugar) until I start seeing some weight loss. I will begin a once per week fast to cleanes my body and stimulate the loss process. Even though I know that fasting in the aggregate is not healthy, I am beginning to believe that our bodies were designed to work optimally with less food (as evidenced by our hunter/gatherer beginnings). Suffice to say that I think it is important to do this thing for my own well being. I have been really thinking alot about how people view me, and can say that I attribute much of my malaise on how others view me (poor pitiful me). This will change and I believe that my wife will change her attitude toward me as well. I know she cares deeply for me but it is much easier without 50 lbs of fat to have to dig through :-)...MTF
