Well tomorrow is weigh in day and we shall all see how my progress is going so everybody wish me luck !

Starting to dream about forbidden foods which is so funny to me because it's not necessarily anything that I want or even crave.
Must be my mind playing tricks on me but IT'S NOT GONNA WORK !!!! I love this site! yesterday reached out to some other atkin dieters and now have a buddie its great to know that there are other's out there that can help pick each other up when the going gets tough.Right now I'm doing pretty good even thou having a couple of days with migraines hoping this will pass very quickly not understanding why this is happening since I've been eating pretty well mostly salads with boiled eggs ,turkey ,carrots with a little bit of shredded cheese maybe some bacon bits and my dressing of choice is a little wine vinegar with oil. My snacks consists of cheeses sticks or pork skins haven't had a protein bar since monday but never really feel hungry It's amazing how many people now offer me things to snack on during the day since starting this on monday things like gummi bears, homemade oatmeal cookies, plums , and all sorts of things.I said that my weigh in days would be every monday but kind of anxious to see how things have progressed but afraid at the same time that the scale has not budged and what a disappointment if it hasn't yet but gonna stay by my word and wait until monday pretty sure there will be much to add on that day.Also decided that I would begin to work out and do some type of exercise starting on Oct 13th at least 3 to 4 times a week for about half an hour.

Well today is day 2 for me on the atkins diet and so far it's been going good. Trying not to let anyone actually know that once again I am tempting to get a grip on this weight thing.Husband surprised me this morning by making breakfast and had to tell him why I wasn't enjoying his biscuits and grits along with the cup of coffee sweetened with sugar but was glad to have the ham omelet so much for that secret! Finding out that towards early evening not really hungry especially if I've had a portion of skins topped off with plenty hot sauce along with plenty of water during the day. Slept pretty good last night which was quite surprising.

Well today is day 1. what a surprise to find out that I actually weigh 265 lbs instead of 257 lbs planning to weigh in once a week and maybe that will keep me encouraged enough to keep this going starting out with scrambeled eggs and bacon for breakfast and taking a protein drink for lunch this afternoon.
