Like anything new, I found it tough initially to adjust my thinking to the diet, with now sodas or salty/sugary snacks but I think that has passed now, although I probably haven't really been tested at a party or work event. Am getting my max amount of carbs in the morning and then having salads (without rice or pasta) for lunch and usually fish or chicken/beef/lamb stir-frys at nite. Have been eating alot of fruit as well. Also been eating trail mix which I think I need to cut out. Also been eating nice smoked almonds which I should probably ease off a little. Need to go and buy some microwave popcorn to snack on and get into some no fat yogurt as well
