Hi! Hello! I'm back :) Well, I had a increase this week. I'm hoping and praying that it is from all of the exercise and weight training I did through the week. I try not to be discouraged but any increase, even a small one gives me one of those 'run for the cookie jar' kind of feelings. It totally makes me want to give up even though I have a reasonable explanation for it. It bites because you want to tone as you lose but everyone knows that muscle weighs more than fat. So that's a real bummer ya know. I participated in a fitbit challenge also. That helped me to be more motivated to exercise but I also found that my cravings were a heck of a lot harder to resist. So what are your thoughts? Lose then tone or try to maintain both at the same time and ignore the scale?

I am almost scared as I enter this weight...what if it's an illusion? All I can say is Bulletproof coffee anyone? It's the only thing that was different from yesterday to today. I made it for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually good. I stepped on the scale this morning just to see what was up, and bam! P.S. I don't think I could make this every day though. I think it will be a weekender kind of thing. **Happy Dance...I'm in the 80's...I'm about to make a playlist: Eurythmics, Blondie, Culture Club and Journey...HAPPY DANCE**

I made fat bombs last night. They were awful, OMG. So, I went back and made the Chocolate Coffee Mousse that I have raved about so much. I'm going to definitely try to start watching my percentages and stay within the recommended 70% fat intake for LCHF way of eating. BTW, I log absolutely everything I eat. What I do not log is what I drink because that would just take too much time. But just so my buddies know...the absolute only things I drink are LaCroix Sparkling Water (read up on it), Traditional Medicinals Herbal teas (absolute only brand I will touch) and Dasani Water. Specifically these brands...never tap water, never sodas of any kind and absolutely no other teas. These just work for me and I thought I would share. Have a wonderful weekend Luvs!
