plateaued a bit this week -- but now the hard part, on vacation for 11 days..i would be thrill with flat in two weeks, we shall see

I had a decent week of eating - probably close to 90% compliant which I think is a reasonable lifestyle. I had wine and beer yesterday, but skipped some calories at lunch to help off set that. I have a big dinner/evening planned on Sunday (Superbowl) so I am going to try to keep it low cal until then ! maybe hopefully some extra cardio, we shall see.

Week one is done, stuck to the plan - expect for a few glasses of wine (over 3 dinners) a martini, one glass of port - and 3 or 4 pieces of Lindt chocolate.

It was my best friend's birthday - so a big steak dinner, but with no bread and potatoes, just lots of veggies - but did have a Martini to start, and I can't have a steak without red wine - and of course a scotch to finish the evening....but not too bad, I basically skipped lunch - and had a great workout at the gym.
