Why is it that somedays I feel like I could eat everything in my house and other days I get nauseated just thinking about food. This love hates relationship is so much of a struggle. I'm still proud of my progress (47 lbs less then my highest weight), but I can't help but feel like I should be past this I want to eat everything part. I eat alot, I eat healthy. I eat veggies, but somehow I just don't feel full, like ever. Maybe I should look into appetite suppressants or something like that... I just don't know

Going to slowly try IF along with my low carb diet (not keto). I'm starting with trying to skip snacks, in 3 days I'll cut lunch.. Slowly maybe I'll do more, but we'll see.

Hanging on by my fingertips to my sanity..
Homeschooling 2 little ones, while watching my 2 & 1 yo.. It gets hard and stressful. The school kids are 5 doing first grade, I love the compliments I get on how smart they are,but it is so hard sometimes.. Meditation at nap time is very needed today.
