Got in another very good weight training workout this morning with with Shoulders/Triceps/Biceps. Was able to increase my weight in a few exercises along with more reps in others. Also got in 10-min interval cardio workout with my jump rope. I could really feel it in my arms and the rest of my body since I did it right after my lifting. All in all it was a very good morning with my breakfast of Oatmeal and Protein Powder/Blueberries shake.

Have had a couple of really good morning workouts with yesterday and today. Worked the back and chest yesterday and did a 3-mile run today with a 10-min interval workout with the Jump Rope. Also got in some Ab work this morning as well.
It has been a really busy week and a half since coming back from Memorial 4-day weekend vacation. Slowly but surely getting back on track. Looking forward to being able to follow thru this weekend which has always been tough. Especially now that I filled up the Kegerator with a fresh Keg of Michelob Amber Bock.

Wow ... what a week! Enjoyed a great 4 days out at the Beach starting last Friday and today I'm trying to just get across the finish line for the weekend and it was only a 4-day work week too! The 4-days on the Beach were absolutely fantastic as expected. Got plenty of sun and really enjoyed time with my family and friends. Got back on Monday to get trusted back into All-Star practices and Work. Uggghhh!
Well, atleast I was able to get in 2 pretty good workouts over the week. Not good but also not bad. Hopefully, next week will be much improved and June overall will be a great month. Gonna be a pretty busy weekend with more baseball practices and some yard work before starting up the work week again on Monday.
I believe it's 5 O'clock somewhere! :-)

Another successful morning with being able to get out early and Run 3-miles in 26:30. It actually felt good to get out and run this morning. Also got in some Ab work too for a good morning workout. Finished up with a good breakfast of Oatmeal and a Fruit/Protein Shake.
Packed a good healthy lunch of Chicken and Veggies and Fruit/Yogurt. Planning to drink my 8-10 glasses of water only today too. Should be able to continue on the right path of healthy living this week. Only 2 more days until my 4-day Beach Weekend!

I'm off to a good start thus far this week. Got in a good 3mile run yesterday and ate great and drank my water all day.
Got in a good weight training workout this morning with some P90X Chest/Shoulders/Triceps along with so HIIT running right afterwards. Good healthy breakfast with some oatmeal, fruit and protein shake. Also packed a good healthy lunch and couple of healthy snacks for today.
Looking forward to a good healthy week so I can kickback and enjoy the beach this weekend with the Family! I'm a firm believer in if you work hard then you can play hard too! ;-)
