Kind of hit a standstill and always weighing about 53.1 - 53.6 each time I weigh myself. I think I’m starting to build muscle with the amount of exercise I’m doing so scales aren’t too reliable in comparison to how my body looks

My boyfriends dinner (front) vs my dinner in the back 🙄 takes a lot of will power not to have some of those homemade chips after making them.. he’s one of those people who eats whatever they want and never puts on weight! So lucky!
